Purchasing/Trading/Returns
You may only purchase one pin per variant, and please don't buy to flip!
You can trade as you like and resell after 30 days, and once it is in hand. Please do not resell them for more than 2x what you paid.
Returns are not accepted but if you feel there is something wrong with your order please don't hesitate to contact me!
**If a preorder is purchased with an in-stock pin, you will be refunded. Please purchase the in-stock pin and preorders separately.**
Shipping
In Hands will usually take 7-14 business days to ship. Please realize that I will get everything packaged as soon as I possibly can. I will always keep you updated if there are any delays, and you are always welcome to check on your order.
COMBINED SHIPPING
- If you make 1+ orders within the same drop, email me or reach me through the contact form ASAP so I can manually refund excess shipping.
- Please make sure you include the full name on your order, and your order numbers.
- IF NONE OF THESE STEPS ARE TAKEN, ORDERS WILL BE SENT OUT AS THEY WERE PLACED.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
The purchaser will be responsible for any and all extra fees or taxes incurred by their customs and import taxes.
I am not responsible for items once they are shipped. If there is an issue with the length of time an item is in transit please contact your post office!
Grading
A
May have 1 scratch
1-2 bubbles in a non-essential part of design that is only noticeable in certain lighting or close examination.
Very slight over or underfill
Possible small specks of glitter in non essential areas
B
Multiple small bubbles in enamel
Possible slight discoloration in non-essential parts of the designs
More noticeable scratches
C
Missing enamel
Heavy discoloration or wrong color in certain areas
Deep scratches
Loose posts
Very uneven filing of enamel
